Silver/ Gold Membership Terms and Conditions

Summary:

• During the contracted period, you will be eligible to attend unlimited number/hours of regular group sessions (Not includes Workshops, Kids Classes, Private Classes).

• After the initial 3/6 month contract period has finished, you will be automatically moved to a monthly renewal contract that is debited weekly. See Termination of Contract on how to exit this contract.

• The services provided under this contract are for one person and cannot be shared with multiple people.

• Please safeguard your own valuables. If lost or stolen, the dance studio will not be responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings.

Termination of Contract:

• If you wish to terminate a 3 months contract, please notify our staff after you have completed 13 weeks payment; If you wish to terminate a 6 months contract, please notify our staff after you have completed 26 weeks payment. Without any termination notice, the system will automatically deduct payment weekly. After your contract has finished, you can notify our staff to terminate anytime.

• If you require an immediate termination of the contract during the contracted period, an exit fee of 25% of the unpaid amount must be paid in full.

• If you require to terminate the contract due to long term or chronic illnesses at any time, immediate termination with no exit fees or penalties may be permitted with valid certificate(s) from doctor(s).

Temporary Suspension of Contract:

• If you require to temporarily suspend the contract due to holidays or school exams, you can apply for free temporary suspension by providing relevant evidence. While the contract is suspended, your debit payments will be paused and the suspended time will not count to your contract period.

• In accordance with the contract term and weekly installments chosen above, you must pay a cumulative amount equal to 3 months (13 weeks) or 6 months (26 weeks) regardless of whether you suspend for any reason during the contract period.

• If you become pregnant during the contract period, you can suspend your contract free of charge for a period of up to 12 months by providing relevant evidence. While the contract is suspended, your debit payments will be paused and the suspended time will not count to your contract period.

Transfer of Contract:

• This contract can be transferred to another individual upon request with no processing fee. After the transfer, the individual owning the contract will be obligated to complete the contract and payments until the end of the contract period.
